What you get

The terminating switch learns one of four verdicts. action is drop only for spoofed. The switch owns the final decision.

Verdict	Meaning	Action	What to show
`verified`	The registered owner announced this call.	`allow`	Name with the mark, and the logo.
`spoofed`	The owner requires proof and none exists, or the number cannot place a call.	`drop`	Nothing.
`unverified`	The number is registered. This call was not announced. Enforcement is off.	`allow`	Plain name. No logo.
`unregistered`	Nobody registered the number.	`allow`	Nothing.

Enforcement is opt-in on each approved number. A business that never wired a dialler stays unverified, not spoofed.

The called number is required. It binds the announcement to this callee. CallerAPI hashes it, then drops it. It is not stored. It is not returned.

Who pays

The business pays 2 credits on announce. Verify is free. When the verdict is verified, the telco that asked receives 1 credit.

A 503 means verification is not available. Treat it as no answer. Do not drop the call.
